Based in an all-purpose studio on the Sunshine Coast and an on-tour road team, Studio Republic is an international award-winning team of professionals dedicated to delivering an unparalleled experience through premium service and products

We are looking to add 2 more business development champions to our team to help us handle the large volume of inbound leads we are seeing every day.

Let’s Talk About You…

The Business Development Champion has one single purpose: Connect with as many of our beautiful prospects as possible, understand their needs, qualify if they are the right fit for a photo shoot with us, and help them get started.

The Business Development Champion role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills and be part of an ambitious, driven and highly entrepreneurial team.

You will be supported and encouraged to grow with every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Calling and contacting all inbound enquiries
Qualifying and understanding prospect’s needs
Take prospects through an application process (we have a specific script for you to follow)
Scheduling photo shoots and process the booking deposit over the phone
ABC - Always be Closing!

You should have:

At least 2 years sales experience
Have a flexible mindset –be willing to do what it takes to achieve massive success in your life
A competitive mindset and enjoy a good challenge
Have an entrepreneurial spirit
Confidence on the phone and a killer instinct
Proactive and self-starter attitude
Passion for expanding your comfort zone
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
High standards for yourself and your team
Friendly yet strong demeanor
Must have fast and reliable internet connection when working from home and you own computer and high quality headset with microphone (everything else provided).
Flexibility to work in the evenings as best results happen at night between 5-8pm

How To Get Bonus Points:

Experience in the photography industry
Experience in NLP (neuro linguistic programming)
Strong business knowledge
Past top achiever in a sales role
Desire to become a Sales Master
